Yosemite National Park Camping / Campgrounds

Yosemite National Park has thirteen different campgrounds, seven of which allow reservations. The remaining six campgrounds that are a first some first served usually fill by noon during the warmer months. If you plan to camp in Yosemite, it is essential that you make reservations or arrive to your desired camp early. Although most campgrounds are open only from April through September, Wawona, Hodgdon Meadow and the two campgrounds located in Yosemite Valley are open all year. There are additional camping and RV park options in the surrounding towns as well.
