Overview: Take part in these daily walks and hikes with a ranger as you step off the beaten path and learn a little more about Yosemite and it's history. Learn about the geology, wildflowers, history, rivers and more. Stories unfold on the easy to moderate hikes throughout the park.

When: During the Summer and Fall Seasons

Where: Throughout Yosemite - locations vary

Fees: Ranger Led Hikes and Walks are free to visitors

Details: Make sure you check a park newsletter or the schedule of events at the visitor centers inside Yosemite for times, locations and distances. Some hikes can vary between 2 and 6 miles. Walks are relatively moderate and around 1 mile round trip.  Meeting places are noted in descriptions.

Always bring a snack, comfortable shoes, sunscreen and water on these outings.
